Our door system is unmatched for strength and durability. It starts with our 3-in-1 doorjamb designs and we match it with our even stronger door frame. Then we build in smart features that make our doors user-friendly too.
- Tubular jamb extrusion, not only provides massive strength, it also has a built in adjustable striker plate to provide an automotive fit and easy maintenance plus inset weather stripping that is protected from the elements.
- Tubular door frame extrusion measures 1 11/16” X 6 5/8” wide and spans the perimeter of all doors from entry doors to our fold down feed doors and everything in between. It has built in pockets for the paddle latch, inset weather stripping, and self-aligning hinges.
- All doors are filled with 1 3/8” thick Styrofoam for added sound deadening and insulation.
- Four hinges on all full height access doors and five hinges on all rear doors.
- Grease zerts on all weld on low profile hinges and 3/8” stainless steel hinge pins
- Flush paddle latches on feed doors are lowered for easy access and use the same single key that opens every door on the trailer.
