The Present
Presently Cimarron Trailers ® has 126 full time employees, and our goal is to build over 1000 trailers by years end. A modest 14% increase. We have run out of room! This incredible growth rate and success has been a direct reflection of our business philosophy.

We believe everyone in our business chain is a partner, and all of our partners must be successful too - our vendor partners, our dealer partners, & our employee partners. Vendors supply us with our parts and raw materials that make manufacturing possible. We believe in building long term mutual relationships with our vendors.

Dealer partners are our sales force. We have 26 dealer locations across North America, from California to Massachusetts, and Minnesota to Florida and all points in between. Including 2 in Canada. These Dealers are independent business people that are personally involved in the equine industry. We know that our success is based on their success.

Another important partner in this chain is our employee partners; they must share in our success. We feel a responsibility to provide each of our employees with a safe, drug free, enjoyable workplace that has a positive atmosphere.
